Design Rights
Every garment is an original ILYAHĪKĀ atelier creation. You're welcome to share reference photos for fit, drape, measurements and construction so our master tailors can tailor your piece to you. We do not reproduce or copy other labels' designs — requests to replicate a third-party design from an image cannot be accepted.
Fulfillment Timelines
Sewing workflows require 30–32 days for custom orders and 14–15 days for standard collection pieces. Logistics transit schedules exist entirely separately from internal atelier sewing times. Tracking is dispatched via Delhivery once your piece leaves the studio.
Returns & Cancellation
As each piece is made to order, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are authorized once an item enters production. Please review your size, colour, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Dispute Resolution Window
Any product anomaly or shipping concern must be flagged within 24 hours of package drop-off, backed by complete, uninterrupted unboxing video records. This allows our team to resolve genuine issues swiftly and fairly.
Alteration Support
Size mismatches receive free-of-charge atelier modifications. The customer remains responsible for all reverse logistical courier transportation costs. Alteration returns must be dispatched to our workshop within 3–5 business days from approval.
